Meet your Teacher

I’m Nicola and I’ve spent 14 years designing bespoke wedding cakes and now I enjoy teaching the art of sugar crafting.

But more than that, I’m passionate about creating spaces where people feel safe to be beginners, to experiment and to surprise themselves.

My workshops aren’t all about perfection, they’re about discovery.  Wether you had never held a modelling tool or you’re building on existing skills, I’’ guide you at your pace in my studio in Bexley, a quiet relaxing space

When I'm not teaching you’ll find me creating bespoke wedding cakes or developing new flower techniques to share with students.
