Begin your Sugar Crafting Journey - Course 1

Level of Experience: Absolute Beginner - no previous experience required

Learn how to make Blossoms, Gypsophila and Lavender

Learn the basics when it comes to equipment, materials and decorating techniques.  Aprons and equipment are all supplied. Delicious lunch provided - vegetarian/vegan options available on request. Tea/coffee available all day.

NB: I do not work in a nut free environment.

Take home the beautiful blooms you've made and the basic knowledge you need to begin your journey into the delights of Sugar Crafting.  

Create Beautiful Foliage - Course 2

Level of experience - some experience required or a great follow-on from course 1.

Leaves are a very important element of floral displays, they enhance and compliment flowers, achieving a stunning look in an arrangement, showing off their varying shapes and colours.

On this course you will learn how to:
Create beautiful rose leaves, ivy leaves and eucalyptus.
Apply colour to your flower paste using edible food colouring and dust colours.
Wire your leaves together using wires and floristry tape

Sugar Crafting Beautiful Roses - Course 3

Level of experience: some experience required, follow on from course 2
The rose is one of the most popular flowers to have on any Celebration Cake particularly Wedding and Anniversary cakes.

On this course you will learn:
To make a rose from "scratch"
How to make the cone, petals and calyx
To create realistic rose petals, soften and use a rose veiner.
The skill of assembling roses and creating a beautiful arrangement.

Aprons and equipment are all supplied. Delicious lunch provided - vegetarian/vegan options available on request.
